Welcome to the Canadian Forces Liaison Council (CFLC) website.
If you are a Reservist who is new to the CFLC, the first thing you should do is read the Reservists' Guide to Employer Support. It is a short booklet that tells you about employer support, and how the CFLC can help you.
Tour the website to learn more about the CFLC, including military leave policies, job protection legislation or other resources offered by the CFLC.
You may want to invite your employer to watch you and your colleagues train as part of an ExecuTrek. Perhaps you need assistance working out an issue between yourself and your employer or school.
If your employer or educator have shown support to you as a Reservist, nominate them for an employer support award. Perhaps you need to write a letter to your employer or to your school but need help to get started.

There are several CFLC publications that will provide you with more detailed knowledge, depending on your area of interest.
