Welcome to the Canadian Forces Liaison Council (CFLC) website.
If you are an employer or educator who is new to the CFLC, the first thing you should do is read the Employers' Guide to Supporting Reservists.
The Employers' Guide is a short booklet that provides basic information about the Reserve Force and the CFLC.
Tour the website to learn more about the CFLC, including military leave policies, job protection legislation or other resources offered by the CFLC.
You may want to visit Reservists as they train as part of an ExecuTrek. Perhaps you need assistance working out an issue between yourself and a Reservist employee or student.
Be sure to read the latest CFLC news in The Alliance, our quarterly newsletter.
There are several CFLC publications that will provide you with more detailed knowledge, depending on your area of interest.
